Cost Manager

Kelsey Rossier

Administrator

As the Administrator for Two Bear Construction, I help keep things organized behind the scenes that support a busy commercial construction company. Before stepping into this role, I spent seven years in healthcare consulting, focusing on operations and process improvement. After that, I launched and ran my own solo housekeeping business, where I handled everything from client scheduling to business finances. Outside of work, you’ll find me trail running or out adventuring with my husband and our two dogs. It’s the perfect way to recharge and stay grounded.

Koda and Kenai

Koda keeps a watchful eye on the job site, especially when birds get too bold. She’s shy around people but takes her sniff inspections seriously - just don’t try to pet her without permission. When something’s off, she’ll let you know with a bark. Quiet, loyal, and always on duty.

Kenai brings the energy. He’s always on the move, making the rounds, greeting the crew (and strangers) like old friends - especially if they have snacks. When he’s not sniffing out dropped lunches, he’s on full-time squirrel patrol. High speed. High spirit. Zero chill.

Koda: Bird Control & Site Security Advisor
Kenai: Jobsite Greeter & Squirrel Surveillance Lead
